Remaining products ship direct from the manufacturer within 3 - 5 business days. Log racks are made-to-order and take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions for return, we'll credit your refund minus the flat rate return fee and original shipping charges (if applicable), to your original payment method.

Yes, for most of our products. There are a few exceptions where this service is not available. We offer expedited FedEx services at checkout: Ground and FedEx 2 Day.
