If you're looking to add some security to your SUP  transportation system, then the Malone SpeedLine is an effective and affordable choice. The SpeedLine is a kit of straps, ratchets, and cord that work together to form a nose and tail tie down system. Nose and tail tie down straps are a "safety net" for transporting SUPs in case the main tie downs malfunction.  Not every SUP rack system we offer includes nose and tail tie downs, so this would make a nice addition or an upgrade to the included tie downs. While nose and tail tie downs are not required, if you plan to drive long distances at high speeds we do like the extra security they provide.  Unfortunately though, securing nose and tail lines before transporting your paddleboards is always a pain. Whether it is getting the tension right or trying to find just the right spot to hook to on the front of your vehicle, it always takes longer than it should.
