Business Partner Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to StoreYourBoard Business Partner Program. We appreciate our business customers and created this program so that you can obtain exclusive discounts, tax exemptions, and benefits. The program is only available to licensed businesses who make qualifying purchases in StoreYourBoard's official standalone website https://www.StoreYourBoard.com. This Program does not include third-party platforms and resellers.  

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By participating in the Program you ("Business Partner" or “Member”) agree to these StoreYourBoard Business Partner Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). You acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and accepted these Terms and have fully understood them.
2. You are a licensed business customer and will only use your program membership for activities related to your business transactions.
3. The termination and renewal of your program membership is at the sole discretion of StoreYourBoard.
4. StoreYourBoard reserves the right to change these terms or terminate the program at any time, with or without prior written notice to you.
5. For any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, violation of these terms, or any other reason, StoreYourBoard may, at its sole discretion, terminate your membership in the Program and StoreYourBoard reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any of the foregoing.

Notice of Financial Incentives Regarding Membership

As a member, you can enjoy discounts, exclusive offers and other perks. You can learn more about specific benefits in the Programs and Benefits section below.

In order to administer the program and provide benefits to you, we may collect the following types of information:

• Identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address
• Internet activity, such as your browsing history, search history and information about your interactions with our websites and electronic communications
• Commercial information, such as products or services you purchase from us
• Payment information to facilitate your purchases from us
• Employment information, such as your occupation, industry or line of business, etc.
• Inferences about products and services that may be of interest to you in connection with your business transactions.

To become a member of the program, you must apply and agree to these terms. 

If you want purchases to be associated with your business membership, you must use your business account when purchasing products from us. By participating in the program, you agree that we may communicate with you by email and other forms of communication as permitted by law.

You have the right to withdraw from the program at any time and can do so by contacting us at info@storeyourboard.com.

Program and Benefits

Our Business Partner Program provides discounts and benefits to members who make qualifying purchases on StoreYourBoard’s standalone website. Qualifying Purchases include any purchase for Teal Triangle and, or,  StoreYourBoard branded products. 

To receive product discounts, members must be logged into their account when placing an order. As a member, you can save credit card payment methods and specific shipping locations on your account. You may access your account, including viewing your order history, by logging into "My Account" on the Site. Products eligible for discounts may change from time to time at StoreYourBoard’s sole discretion. Discounts do not apply to purchases made prior to your enrollment as a Business Partner.

Benefits of the Business Partner Program include the following:

• Premium Service: You have a dedicated product specialist to help you find the storage solutions for your needs and provide premium service from start to finish.
• Fast and Reliable Shipping: StoreYourboard offers fast shipping with reliable carriers. Orders may also be eligible for free shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Tax Exemptions: Your purchases can qualify for tax exemption when you submit a state issued resale certificate.
• Business Tools: You have access to online tools to help you manage and grow your business, including viewing and tracking your purchase history and managing your order invoices.
• Personalized Offers: StoreYourBoard may run other promotions for members (“Promotions”), which will be governed by the Official Rules. Your participation in the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. StoreYourBoard may also send Members exclusive coupons for the purchase of eligible products.

You may contact us to deactivate your membership at any time. In addition, StoreYourBoard reserves the right to suspend any membership at any time in its sole discretion. During any period of your deactivation or suspension, you will not receive any membership benefits.

Applying and Eligibility

To apply for the program, please visit StoreYourBoard’s Business Page and complete the application, and read and agree to our Business Partner Program Terms and Conditions. 

This program is only available to StoreYourBoard business customers who have fully completed the application process and have been accepted into the program. During the application process, you will be required to provide a form of documentation that verifies you are a licensed business. Acceptable forms of documentation could include a Sellers Permit, Department of Revenue Letter, Sales and Use Tax Certificate, Certificate of Authority, Sales Tax License, Builders License, or Business Registration Certificate.The program is open to business customers who purchase products for use within their business, and for small businesses who resell to their direct customers. 

By participating in our Business Partner Program, the business agrees to sell the purchased products exclusively to their direct customers. The resale or distribution of products on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in termination of the business's participation in the program. We reserve the right to monitor and enforce this policy to maintain the integrity of our brand and products.

Furthermore, online retailers participating in our program are prohibited from advertising our products on advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other similar platforms. This includes sponsored posts, pay-per-click advertising, and any other form of paid promotion that directly markets our products. Our products are intended to be sold through authorized channels and we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including termination of participation in the business program, for violations of this policy. We aim to protect the brand image and maintain fair competition within the marketplace.

Providing false information or omitting requested information may be grounds for your application being denied.

Other information

StoreYourBoard may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Program (or any part of the Program) or change these Terms at any time without notice. When you enroll in the program, we will collect your name, address, email address and primary phone number. Membership requires a valid email address and documentation that verifies you are a licensed business. By participating in the program and providing us with this information, you agree that we may use your information to administer your participation in the program; to send you electronic receipts and other records of your transactions; for marketing purposes; click for StoreYourBoard Privacy Policy. By participating in the program, you agree that we may communicate with you. You also agree that we may use automated telephone dialing systems to contact you for non-marketing purposes. StoreYourBoard respects your privacy and will not sell or rent your personal information for any monetary reward.
