We cannot change or cancel orders once they've been processed.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible using our contact form. Please include your order# in the change/cancel order request.

2) Eligible Domestics Return Requests will receive a flat rate FedEx shipping label within 3 - 5 business days. Note, outlet products, custom products and orders more than 60 days old are ineligible for return.

3) Print and tape the flat rate Fedex shipping label to the exterior of a shipping carton. Note, make sure no other labels are visible on the shipping carton to avoid delays. The cost of the flat rate return label will be deducted from your refund.

4) Drop-off the package at Fedex

Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions for return, we'll credit your refund minus the flat rate return fee and original shipping charges (if applicable), to your original payment method.

For international orders, or orders outside of the contiguous United States, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as we do not currently offer pre-paid return shipping labels for international orders. We recommend you ship using a trackable carrier. Original shipping charges and duty/taxes are non-refundable.
