We cannot change or cancel orders once they've been processed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible using our contact form. Please include your order# in the change/cancel order request.
How do I return my order?
How do I return my order?
1) Click "Start Return" button above.
2) Log into your account using the email you used to place the order. You'll receive a 6-digit code via email to access your account. This email may go to your promotions tab or spam folder. Once logged in, select your order and request a return.
3) Eligible Domestics Return Requests will receive a shipping label within 3 - 5 business days. Note, outlet products, used products, custom products and orders more than 45 days old are ineligible for return.
4) Pack your return item in its original packaging, including all product manuals and small parts. If the product was installed or assembled, be sure to clean it thoroughly to ensure it is returned in excellent condition.
5) Print and tape the shipping label to the exterior of a shipping carton. Note, make sure no other labels are visible on the shipping carton to avoid delays. The cost of the flat rate return label will be deducted from your refund.
6) Drop-off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Return label fees range depending on the weight of the product. We’ll always try to get you the lowest rate possible!

Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions for return, we'll credit your refund minus the return label fee and the original shipping charges (if applicable), to your original payment method.
