We're only able to change or cancel orders that have not been processed.
Please fill out the contact form as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we're unable to change or cancel orders once they've been processed.

If you find StoreYourBoard or Teal Triangle products sold by a different online retailer at a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, we will match the competitor's advertised price.
- The item must be in stock, and the price must be currently listed.
- The item must be sold by a U.S.-based online retailer authorized by StoreYourBoard.
- The item must be identical and in new condition (Outlet items are ineligible for price-match).
Price-match discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. All pricing must be verifiable online, and approval for price matching is made at the discretion of StoreYourBoard.

Note, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international orders (shipped outside the United States).

We offer flat rate Fedex return labels for shipments within the US.

Orders placed by 2 PM EDT and made by us (StoreYourBoard and Teal Triangle) ship same business day. Otherwise your order ships next business day from our Troy, Virginia warehouse and typically delivers within 3-5 business days.
Products not branded as StoreYourBoard or Teal Triangle ship direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 5-7 business days to deliver. Log racks are made-to-order and take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Multiple item orders may ship separately.
Note, business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
We cannot guarantee our carriers' performance against unexpected delays, especially during inclement weather or the busy holiday season.

We utilize a mix of reliable carriers such as UPS, Fedex and US Postal Service to ensure your order is delivered in a secure and timely manner. After the order is placed, the system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight.
To expedite your shipment, we offer Fedex 2 Day delivery.

Yes. If you need your order quickly, we suggest selecting Ground or Fedex 2 Day delivery at checkout.
FedEx 2 Day delivery is not an option for a few products, such as surfboard bags.

Yes, the majority of our products ship internationally. If a product is not able to be shipped to your country, you will be notified on the product page.

Orders shipping outside the United States have a different return and shipping policy.

For international orders, or orders outside of the contiguous United States, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as we do not currently offer pre-paid return shipping labels for international orders. You must ship using a trackable carrier. Original shipping charges and duty/taxes are non-refundable.

Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
