These racks are truly universal because they can secure to your car around your existing hard roof rack bars, or through your doors if you don't have a roof rack system on your car. The truly unique feature of this SUP car rack is its single loop closure "lockdown" system that secures the rack to your car and your paddleboards to the rack. This rack has only 1 closure that tightens in 1 place - under your car roof or roof bars - so you only need to tighten the racks in 1 place (instead of 2 on other roof racks). Around the top of your paddleboards fits an S clip that you can open to load or unload your boards but that tightens automatically when you tigten the single closure. Overall the system is simpler to secure your paddleboards and also quicker and easier to load and unload!

SUP load capacity is not sacrificed by the innovative roof rack system - these racks fit up to 2 paddleboards.

Fin antenna Be sure to check your car roof to see if it has a "fin" style antenna. If the vehicle's roof is flat and the antenna is several inches tall, your boards may make contact with the antenna and rest on top. Foam spacer blocks are recommended in these cases to raise your boards above the antenna.

Reduce wind noise If you experience excess wind noise from the tie down straps, we recommend giving the straps 2+ twists to prevent any "flutter" noise at high speeds.
