There is a stainless steel base with three mounting holes that allow you to securely mount it to your chosen wall. The strap can be undone with the stainless steel buckle which makes loading, unloading, and strap length adjustment super easy.

This strap rack includes foam padded UV protected 600D Nylon straps. The foam padded straps add another layer of protection from strap abrasions and prevent any unwanted pressure points. 

You can use this rack indoor or outdoors. The combination of UV protected straps and stainless steel components make it great for outdoor use.
