The Double Bike Freestanding Rack is a heavy duty design with a wide and sturdy base that is capable of holding up to 80lbs. This should be more than enough for road bikes or BMX bikes and should also have no problem bearing the weight of big down hill mountain bikes. 

The rack works by having soft plastic cradles support your bikes' frames. Each of these cradles is individually adjustable which allows you to customize the fit to your individual bikes - great for fitting many women's bike frames!
