Over-the-water Dock Storage The G-Kayak Dock Rack is a space-efficient storage solution for up to 4 kayaks! Adjustable clearance between each level accommodates most kayaks, including recreational, touring, whitewater, tandem, and some fishing kayaks. It's also great for paddleboards and some canoes. 

Space Efficient Rack suspends 26" over the water with the base mounting brackets fastening to your wood dock at two points - horizontally on the surface of the dock and vertically on the side joist. Requires 6" of joist height and 13" of deck space for installation.

Fully Adjustable Independent support arms are fully independent and can attach at any of the 45 vertical mounting points.. Customize the width of the rack between 41”-71” using the adjustable crossbar.

Durable and Secure Support Arms Weather-resistant foam padding wrapped with a durable nylon cover helps protect gear when storing it. Built-in anchor loops at the end of each arm for securing gear with bungee cords or cable locking systems.

Outdoor Ready Constructed from powder-coated aluminum and steel components with stainless steel hardware make this rack suitable for exposure to the natural elements.

Is the padding of the arm waterproof?

We have updated the design of the padding to include the weather-resistant rubberized foam, which will hold up much better to exposure to the natural elements, unlike the old nylon-foam pads, which deteriorated over time.
It's designed to be highly resistant to water from rain and weather and can also withstand outdoor conditions, including exposure to moisture.
Can you mount this to a floating dock?

While some customers have successfully mounted and used this system on floating docks, we cannot guarantee its stability if there are significant fluctuations in water levels or movement of the dock. Please note that the included mounting hardware is designed specifically for wood.
Is it rust-proof?

This rack is not recommended for saltwater environments. The arms, mounting brackets, and hardware are made of powder-coated steel, which provides resistance to rust and corrosion in regular outdoor conditions but will still corrode over time when exposed to saltwater.
